I'll probably age 1 or 2 jars with toasted white oak chips and drink the other 2 jars as they are. Gonna do "waragi" next! image

So I aged 500ml from my last run with heavy charred oak chips I got from Home Brew Ohio, and honestly this is the best moonshine I've ever had. It's 100% corn mash, no backset. It tastes like that whiskey "Mellow Corn" but better. More flavor and sweeter. This is mid-shelf whiskey for $2! Love it!
