Hello lovely people of Reddit, The boys and I are setting out tomorrow to distill our first batch of what we hope turns out as whiskey. We have made a mash using cracked corn, barley, brown sugar and distillers yeast. We let it do it’s thing for about a week and tomorrow is the day. Any last minute advice for complete beginners like us? Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated!
