Hello all, I'm a long time lurker first time poster. I recently built a new ccvm style still and after doing the cleaning run i ran some old feints i had though the still to give it a final cleaning before doing some spirit runs. To my surprise my Liebig is barely knocking down the vapor out put. Hopefully some of you can shed some light on this problem of mine because i am stumpt.. I will post some dimensions below to weed out some of the obvious questions.

2" Column, 48" height, The Liebig goes from 2" to 1" to 3/4" with a 1" jacket. The product that does condense comes out at about the same temperature as my water reservoir. But it seems like the rest is just casually flowing out.

Update: Thanks to your suggestions I was able to solve the problem by adding a bit more surface area to the first few inches of the product condenser. A bit of loosely packed stainless mesh did the trick. Now I just need to figure out how this darn thing works.
