Using a meat thermometer for a still
Post Body
Has anyone had trouble using a regular internal thermometer to measure the temp of steam? Planning on drilling into a side arm of the still so the thermometer will only measure the steam, and another thermometer in the kettle to measure the liquid temperature. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
