Random question: how does poly fit into your belief/ faith

I ask this as an atheist who doesn’t come from faith based morals. I do come from a colonial structure, so I had monogamous bias there.

Main reason I ask this is I’m really into Absurdism as philosophy. So the whole mantra that everything is meaningless and the only way to derive meaning from life is to make your own…..For me personally, this fits extremely well with how I feel about my relationship style.

What about others? I personally don’t like the terms ENM due to the implied colonial default to monogamy (another personal belief).

Just generally interested in others poly and philosophical journeys.
