How common in polyamory is it to experience NRE or fall in love with two or more people at the same time? I’m with one partner (who has another long-term partner of over ten years). We’ve been together for a little over a year, and I still can’t imagine being with anyone else right now. I’m contentedly polysaturated at one. I can’t fathom investing the emotional bandwidth in another person until this phase settles out with my current partner. I don’t know how many people realistically do that, fall in love with multiple people at the same time or have multiple new relationships at the same time. Is this common? Does anyone here have experience with that? Hopefully this makes sense. Thanks!
