I have looked at the rules and the wikis from the sidebar, but am hoping to hear from others that might have had our experience.

We have been swingers for 20 years. Last year, we met a couple and hit it off right away. We had so much in common, but there were also red flags. In the end, the relationship was imbalanced I (52F) had an awesome connection with the male half. Hubs (55) loved sex with the other woman, but she was emotionally unavailable and not interested in changing.

It has made us re-evaluate what it is that we are looking for. We are totally secure in our marriage, and given the relationship that just ended, I do think that we are reasonable in exploring poly a bit more.

If anyone would like to share their experience when it comes to the swinging/poly transition, I would love to hear your thoughts.
