I’ve met someone I have a good feeling about. We met two weeks ago and decided to start off as friends, so I was invited to a gathering in their home where I met his partner of several years and it was all fun!

They’ve been poly for two years, and recently we’ve talked about possibly moving things towards more than platonic friendship but haven’t even kissed or anything yet. Today, he asked if we could all (him, his partner, my partner, and I) get together soon as his partner would like to meet mine too. Is this normal? Too soon? Right now I feel just getting to continue to get to know him is what I want but also don’t want to disrespect anyone.

Edit: thanks everyone! While my partner and I are interested in ktp, I feel it’s a bit too soon. I said not yet and they took it well, thanks for giving me the courage.
