So I don't have a specific issue this is just what's going on and I invite comments.

I am currently poly nd have grown into this over the last few years. For the years I have been in in ENM relationships but have always enjoyed a connection with my second or third partner that was greater than sex. My current partner and I are completely on the same page. She has another partner who is married and she was with before meeting me. I am currently seeing a female couple as well. All is good in the world with that.

The only thing that is bringing a tiny bit of stress into my life is a relationship with my ex girlfriend that I dated last year for about six months. We started dating just casual and she said she was in a hot girl summer phase so I was fine to go with that. This escalated with her.Though to me being the only person she dated and wanting a connection with me that was deeper before engaging in multiple partners or a more open relationship. It came down to me being further ahead in a non monogamous lifestyle than she was so we broke up. The funny thing is we remained friends with benefits and continued sleeping together. She knows I am now dating someone else and she is dating someone else and wants to get back into a relationship with me so we are negotiating that right now. She is very new to it and doesn't really want to know too much about my other partner so far but eventually I want more KTP style life.
