How detrimental is it to routinely undereat your caloric goals on a cut?

I’ve been doing IF for the past year and lately due to my schedule I’ve been eating in a tight window, almost near OMAD (usually meal 1 is at 3:30ish and meal 2 6ish). I try to get 2000 calories on the cut daily but due to the high protein content in meal one, I just don’t feel hungry, and this meal is typically only like 700 calories. I stomach it to 2000 at the end of the day, but sometimes I feel like I’m forcefeeding myself. Is this a normal feeling? Should I space out my meals more? I’ve never had the issue of feeling full on a cut so I’m just wondering
