What’s the difference between a normal deadlift and a Romanian deadlift?

I keep trying to find the answer but they look so similar! I’m looking for another exercise for my leg day and want to include Romanian deadlifts since they target the hamstring and glutes more but I don’t see any major difference between them and a normal deadlift.
