Is there any benefit to doing a normal deadlift once a week and a hex bar deadlift on another day of the week?
Post Body

Ever since starting to utilize the lean gains protocol to guide my workouts earlier this summer, I decided to amp up my deadlifts to twice a week (I’ll do them on mondays, and then again on Thursdays). I’ve been doing normal bar both days, but was reading about how the hex bar deadlifts will target your quads more. Would there be a benefit to substituting out a normal bar deadlift to a hex bar deadlift? Or will I get more out of doing normal bar both days of the week?
