So, what’s the deal with fruit?
Post Body
I’ve heard so much mixed things about how it’s bad for you because of the fructose content, how they can spike insulin, and lead to more cravings. However, they are low calories and high water content and good for fiber. Obviously some fruits (especially avocado comes to mind) are sworn by in the fitness community. But it seems like there’s no consensus on fruits in general. Should they only be consumed on training days as a part of carb cycling? Or can they be eaten daily without issue?
