Is high fat+low carb necessary on rest days?
Post Body

Is there any noticeable benefit to doing high fat low carb on rest days paired with the much higher carb low fat on training days? Say I'm 2200 on rest and 2550 on training, why can't I do something like 160P, 193C, 85F on rest days and 159P, 366C, 50F on training days. Or at least play around with the carbs and fats on rest days a bit to keep it more flexible

just a quick question, are fats as anabolic as carbs on post workout?

are you telling me i can do high carb on rest days too

yeah but fat regulates hormones, and testosterone is essential for muscle creation so, wouldn't it be a good idea eating fats on workout days too?
