So used to not really be able to stand harsh summer heat and fasting, but lately I got a hang to it, couldn't know why but it's been easier this year. So yeah, two weeks in, I have much less appetite and I try to eat better food. But I've gained 4 pounds despite eating a single meal a day and limit extra yummy shit (sweets, cookies, I have a sweet tooth aight). My time window should be from 6-8 to eat and then straight water afterwards. So Hmm a 20h fast? And work from 7 to 5, pretty physical lots of moving all day
