Preview thumbnail for I thought maybe it was too far gone but it’s cleaned up pretty good! Bonus points for discovering the saw was “made” in my hometown on Leeds, England. Still need to see to the teeth and wax the handle but overall quite happy with the progress image

Preview thumbnail for Rebate (rabbet) plane pretty much finished. The Fence is complete and now just trying to figure out the depth stop! I know I should have added two screws to the depth stop because it tilts sometimes when I ding the wood. Back to the drawing board with that I think. Other than that t works very well image

It’s actually a very handy little plane and does save time. It’s probably quicker than setting up my router to be honest! image

I didn’t actually check I just saw it was sold as compatible with bailey 5 1/2 planes. It doesn’t quite fit, what shall I do? Worried about grinding the width in case I ruin the temper 🤯 image
