CMV: Rob Peace looks stupid and trite and like a story I've seen or heard a thousand times. I can't even believe this movie was made. I like Chiwetel Ejiofor and especially liked him in 12 Years a Slave, and I like that he wrote and directed this but I"m not sure why this movie exists at all.

I finally got around to watching Furiosa and I regret not seeing it in the movie theater bc there's so much great visual aspects, however, (perhaps in the wake of MCU) do we no longer care how fake the movie looks? There's scenes where it's so obvious that it's green screen and parts where the color

So I watched Mank (2020) when it came out with Gary Oldman, and it basically ruined Citizen Kane for me because in the film, they lay bare that the story is basically a satire of William Randolf Hearst and iconic "rosebud" is what Hearst called his girlfriend's (Marion Davies) anus.
