Anterior supraspinatus full tear...where did you feel the "most" pain. Right now I feel pain all over but I've been trying to locate the worst spot. Some days it's the front,some back and sometimes the whole shoulder. Always sends pain down the arm/bicep. Awaiting surgery and can not wait
