Evaluate your day based on how mindful you were, not on what you've achieved?
Post Body

I've been getting back into mindfulness and I've realised that I should instead, evaluate my bad based on how mindful I managed to be, not on what I've achieved.

Does anyone have any pointers on how they personally do this?
