Supersac was delivered yesterday. It seems about 10x less firm than what I sat on in the floor. My ass almost touches the floor. I know they say 48 hours but I opened it up an all the tiny pieces of foam are all the way expanded. Anybody else have this experience?

I have a super sac, any hints or tips to not have the foam push my head forward? Does the foam soften up over time? Right now Iā€™m comfortable but the foam by my head will push my head forward and it hurts my neck. I tried pushing that part down but no luck.
