This is going to be a very dumb question but should a 14 year old have visible abs? I’m 14 years old and have started working out about 3 months ago. I started out with 21% body fat and almost no muscle definition. Since then I’ve been able to get to around 14 to 16% body fat. I’m starting to see faint definition but I’m wondering when I will have full 6 pack abs. I’m starting to get pronounced delts, triceps, and biceps. My leg muscles are very defined. Overall everything on my body is muscular except for my abdomen. Are six pack abs necessary for a 14 year old?
Keep grinding. It's not necessary but you will get the ladies🤷🏼♂️ just remember, curls for the girls. Abs are just a plus. Try to get 12% body fat and I bet you'd be happy!
