Hi everyone- Happy New Year. I’ve been living on and off, did CrossFit for a while and mostly eat okay. Reaching out to all the great people here to learn about shredded routine that you’ve followed. I understand that it’s never one size fits all, but some guidance and structured routine will be so much better.
Also, any safe recommend supplements. I only take whey protein right now, but open to other supplements as long as it’s safe to consume.
