Why the second holding of air, with lungs fully inhaled, only takes "15" seconds ? Is it because extending the second holding beyond 15 seconds would jeopardize the "first" holding IN THE SECOND ROUND ? Or would there be benefits for trying to extend the second holding as much as the first holding ?

If I need to workout "after" doing Wim Hof's breathing, how long do I have to wait until the oxygen saturation and blood circulation return to normal levels, so that it doesn't become dangerous for me to loose consciousness when starting a high intensity "squatting" exercise ???

The need to hold breath to reach the 2 minute mark between sets of wim hof's method is causing me stress, I become anxious in the final 20 seconds when I'll finally allow myself some oxygene back to the lungs...But if the 2 minute mark is always a tempting challenge, can I just stop trying so hard ?
