Because of a risk of heart muscle inflammation you shouldnt do sports for 3-5 days after getting the shot.
So my question is since Cold Showers and the Breathing also put stress on the body if I should also stop with those for the 3-5 days or if I can continue safely? What are your experiences and is there by any chance a scientificly based answer to this question?
I mean the 30 breaths when doing the first part of the breathing make your heart go faster so that should be bad after getting a vaccination right? And the cold showers temporarily weaken your imune system to train it.
So should I take a break or not?
Bro, go look shit up for yourself. So annoying. âAny guidance from the CDC?â Why donât you go check the CDC website? âPfizer released 55k documentsâ â âunsourced claimâ .. they obviously said Pfizer. Go look for yourself. Rant over.

Maybe, if he is making some wild claim in a debate. This is common knowledge on current events that is one click away so honestly your ignorance is nobodies responsibility but your own.
Why ask him what the CDC guidance is, instead of referring to the CDC guidance yourself? Why the annoying tone about his so called âclaimâ (literal news for anyone paying attention, not some wild claim) that Pfizer had to release side effect information?
Oh, because like you said.. âisnât compelling to meâ.
So basically you want someone to explain the stuff to you because youâre too lazy to go look for it.
