Hello, I have been training with the mid distance group (800-1500m) I have now realized that I do not want to do this anymore and would like to switch to the Distance group (5k-10k) The thing is all of indoor I have tbeenraining with the mid distance group. I do not feel like all the speed intervals is enough training for me. For example we will do 3 sets of 500m 300m and 150 and I feel like I need workouts like 1k repeats. And was wondering how I approach my coach to tell him that I want to switch groups .
