A deload period did me some good. I was struggling to push 225 for reps. Yesterday I ripped it easy and by my top set I was feeling good enough to shoot for a new PR. The eccentric movement was a bit sloppy, but the push itself felt great. This much closer to 3 plates!

Comrades, after having a bad last few weeks in the gym hitting wall after wall with everything I did, today I was able to finally achieve a new PR of 255lbs for a single. It doesn't matter what you do when you show up so long as you show up progress will happen.

I am guilty of neglecting Squats so my numbers are kinda abysmal, but I pushed my PR another 10lbs today. Also form pointers would be nice.

I'm finally recovered from some torn groin muscles and have worked my way back up to pushing numbers on my Squats. Today was 315lbs for a single. New PR for me and this puts me 20lbs shy of a 1k overall.
