I was surprised Reddit had no dedicated workaholism sub, so decided to start one. This community is for raising awareness about & building solidarity re: the struggle with work or activity compulsion.
In my experience, work addiction is common, insidious, and often misunderstood/misrepresented. Too often itโs upheld by capitalism and meritocracy, and considered socially acceptable.
Members of Workaholics Anonymous are welcome, but you donโt have to be working a specific program to be here.
