Like how much and what types of animal protein, what type of workouts, intensity, how much milk and anything else
I'm trying to help my little brother max out his height and athletic ability during puberty, he's been getting good sleep since an early age, more than me and my brother did, especially since I kept encouraging and telling him to, he started working out the earliest out of me and my older brother, and he is the most active at 12 than we were and younger, his diet is and was the best out of all of us at his age and younger as I would encourage him to limit unhealthy consumption and implement healthy consumption, I have noticed that at 12 his feet size are the same as mine at 16 which is when mine peaked, to my knowledge that means his levels of testosterone are higher than mine and my brothers were, and he is taller than I was at his age and younger.
So it seems like everything has worked, but I did that without knowledge of nucleus overload, so I am just asking for all the specifics of what he could do to maximise his height and potential athletic ability, thank you in advance.
