My ex cheated on me about 7 months ago.

Told them I wanted to reconcile, and they said they weren’t sure.

Strung me along for 4 months, only for me to find out X was still seeing the AP regularly.

Ex got an std- passed it on to me.

I’m seeing someone else, ex is know coming back saying they don’t see a future with the AP and is willing to do anything to reconcile things with me.

Together for five years and a child is involved.

Never married. Ex is the one with the kid and we the child and I are extremely close.

Ex is going on vacation with AP this weekend, is saying they want me back but bc I’m seeing someone else they feel it’s fair to go on the vacation.

I feel like it’s a trick and the ex is just manipulating.

Anyone have a similar story?

More context: when I met someone else after the cheating, the ex came back for 2 weeks and messages the person I met essentially destroying the relationship I was forming with the new person.
