Post Body

Hello,

This is the second time I find myself in this sub.... the first was when I caught him cheating the second time. Okay, I willingly admit I gave him a third chance... but now he's done.

Picture this: he comes home after work and all of his junk is on the front porch. He's infuriated and attempts to unlock the front door... oh no! the code has changed?! okay, he'll try the gate, but... there's a padlock on it... can he climb a 9ft fence @ 280 lbs? probably not. Okay well he'll try the garage door then. But I've disconnected the gate motor. He thinks about breaking a window, but I have security cameras all over my property. He finally gives up and sees the note I've left for him. Typed, bc he doesn't even deserve a handwritten one.

EDIT: adding more info bc I didn't consider the legal aspect. We are currently in an apartment with the lease ending 10/5. I'm moving (alone now) into my new home that same day. I guess I'm technically in the clear legally speaking, since we would have fulfilled the lease terms? We're in Texas btw.
