Last time I quit sugar I quit for 6 months and had never felt better. Then Covid hit and I was trapped in the house working l, while trying to homeschooling three kids, and my emotional eating got the best of me. I'm more addicted now than I was before I quit last time, so I thought I post here for some support from like minded individuals, and to keep myself accountable!
Send me the tactics that have worked best for you! Last time and this time I plan to just go cold turkey, so anything that helps with cravings would be amazing!
