Is reactive hypoglycemia a sign of sugar dependency?
Post Body

I've been battling with horrible sugar crashes since 2 months now and it's so bad that's its taking a toll on my mental health. I made it passed day one but it was so hard and scary my body kept trying to pass out on me within one hour of waking up - so I have to leave snacks by my bed side or every 3 hours after I eat even if it's healthy food like protein and veggies or raw rolled oats with half and half

I really really want to get over this so I can get my life back but no one seems to have any answers.
