I'm noticing no matter if I eat meat and veggies or raw rolled oats with half and half - I'm crashing every 3 hrs. Due to the multiple crashes I'm having perday I'm always feeling weak, faint, have a horrible headache and feel off balanced. The only way I can feel good again is if I eat hershys chocolate, drink a sprite or eat some other form of sugar. I'm not sure how to stop these crashes. These crashes are the main reason why I can't go sugar free. I can't even make it to day 3.
Has anybody else conquered this and over came it? I'm starting to think I'll never be healthy again 😕 and it's making me suicidal
