Iโve been on sleep medication for most of the past 10years. Iโve been on prescribed and over the counter and Iโve tried natural stuff and Iโm tired of stuff not working ๐ ๐ If it matters or helps I have anxiety, adhd and autism! Right now I will watch YouTube with my standing fan going and it doesnโt work super great lol. I need things to add cause taking away from my routine wouldnt end up great ๐ Any tips, tricks and advice is welcome! Thank you in advance!
