Hey everyone. Like many of you, I struggle with sleep and have for most of my life. However, I’ve come to understand what the issue is, but I don’t know how to resolve it as it seems to be more of a psychological issue.
So basically there are 2 things I’ve isolated… the first is that I seemingly have a fear of dying in my sleep. After all, at some point in our lives, we go to sleep for the final time. So I have trouble overcoming this.
The second is anxiety of missing out on something. This is especially prevalent when I’m working, as I have less time to myself, so when I get home, I want to do things I enjoy and live life. But sleep is kinda mandatory lol.
Has anyone else experienced this, and if so, how did you overcome it? I’m sure therapy would probably help me a lot, but maybe there’s supplements or just a mindset change that will help…
Thanks!
