Iām having trouble falling asleep at night. What is your night routine like and how can I learn to wind down before falling asleep?

I want to be more productive this semester by waking up at 5:30 every morning. I tend to get a lot of work done in the morning if I do this. But Iām currently having trouble falling asleep. What is your night routine like and what suggestions do you have for me to start my own?
