Doing a complete 180 sleep schedule?
Post Body

Due to working nights, and bad habits, I have been sleeping around 4-5 am for the last 10 years or so but in a few weeks will most likely be starting a new job. This new job would require me to get up around 5am, and I am not only dreading it but wondering if it will even be possible.

I have asked a few friends and most of them say some variation of "just do it, your body will adjust". I have received all sorts of tips like staying up the entire day, sleeping an hour earlier each night, going on an hour or two of sleep and a few other things that I read here in reddit.

Is it even possible to change a sleep cycle that drastically after such a long time? Any insight to make it a little less brutal?
