Hey people!
So I’ve been feeling really anxious lately because I feel like I’ve ruined my brain. I’ve had a pretty shit sleep schedule since I was about 17 (21 now) my average sleep per night being around 6-7 hours with some nights getting more sleep and some getting less. Recently I’ve been reading about how sleep affects memory, learning and just being healthy in general and I feel like I’ve screwed up my body for good. Is this damage reversible? If I commit to improving my sleep will I heal whatever harm I’ve caused? Any advice would be really appreciated.
