Depending on what you like to listen to when you go to sleep, I have several playlists that may help ease you into rest
This is my ultimate sleep playlist comprised of 100 soft, mellow, acoustic tracks that I picked specifically to listen to every night before I go to sleep. It always helps me fall asleep (: Lots of indie singer-songwriters and ballads.
This playlist is ideal for late nights when you're trying to wind down after a long day. You can listen while reading, journalling, etc. Mostly mellow, soft indie pop.
This playlist is great to listen to in the mornings where you just want to stay in bed and relax your mind, not necessarily for falling asleep. I listen to this whenever it's just too cozy in bed to leave.
This playlist is more upbeat, but still relatively chill and is designed for early mornings where you want to listen to music, but nothing to intense. It's ideal for waking up and feeling refreshed in the morning. Chill enough to keep you feeling relaxed, yet upbeat enough to wake you up a bit to start your day off right.
