I usually get around 6-8 hours of sleep each night, which seems adequate for my age (I'm 18). However, after returning from work or classes, I often feel exhausted and unintentionally fall asleep. I never used to nap much when I was younger, but now it's a daily occurrence, sometimes even twice a day. These naps aren't just short rests; they last between 1 to 3 hours.
For instance, I tried going to bed at 10 PM but had trouble falling asleep until around 11 PM. I planned to wake up at 6 AM but ended up waking around 5:40 AM. After coming home, eating lunch, and scrolling through my phone, I accidentally fell asleep again around 3 PM, waking up around 6:30 PM. Despite these naps, I still feel incredibly tired. This is a recent development, as I don't recall having this issue last year.
I'm curious to hear about your experiences with sleep and the boundary between dreams and reality. Have you ever had moments where you couldn't tell if something was a dream or real life?
