for context I (M18) used to really love to stay up all night until but then I developed this habit o sleeping in 8am and waking up in 12 AM and I used to really enjoy the time when I'm awake but I started college recently and I still wake up during midnight matter how tired I am and even when I slept in 11 pm and can't really sleep afterwards until like 10 am can anyone help me to reset my body clock or any tips to better my sleeping habits also (I'm not on any medication and is also sober) I've looking read somewhere that waking up in the middle of the night means some kind of spirit is watching you so that kinda creep me out please enlightened me thankss
