Trying to get into shape wrecks my sleep
Post Body

It seems like no matter what intensity I do a workout, I end up with fragmented sleep for a few nights afterward. It also doesn't seem to matter what time of day I do it. Whenever I bring this up to my doctors, they all scratch their heads. I've brought this to a sleep specialist and an endocrinologist too, and neither of them could give me an answer. I've struggled with chronic fatigue for a few years now, but before that, I was very sedentary. I struggled immensely with mental illness that kept me indoors for several years. Ironically three years ago, when I was finally able to try leaving the house and being more active, insomnia and chronic fatigue struck. I've been in more muscular pain, and have more fatigue. I understand it being rough at first trying to get into shape, but THREE YEARS? Even my trainer suggested I go back to my doctor to see if anything is wrong. Thing is, my bloodwork and heart tests have all been fine.

I'm at a loss, what the hell is wrong with me?
