Naps ruined my sleep. 1 hour of sleep in the last 40 hours. Any help?

I started working today and yesterday i woke up at 7am to prepare, so i can wake up at around 6am consistently. But somewhere between 9-10pm i fell asleep for 7-10mins, so after that till 6am i only fell asleep once or twice (atleast once) again each for like 10mins. So basically i started work with 30mins of sleep in 24hrs.

Fast forward after working and working out, it happened that i napped again 3 times for around 5-10mins after 7/8pm. Now i dont see how i can fall asleep again to get atleast 4hrs this night and am worried about my health aswell.

What to do?
