I was just curious has anyone had good results by splitting up their sleep? Hereโs what I mean:
I got promoted at my current job and my new position will require me to work 4am-12pm, I would need to get up around 2:30 to get ready and be there on time. I absolutely hate going to bed early and I sleep better if I go to bed around 10-11. so I was thinking, what if I go to bed around 10, then take a 3-4 hour nap when I get home. That would allow my free time to be in the afternoon and into the evening as apposed to earlier during the day.
Has anyone tried a schedule like this and if so did it work well for you?
