I usually am falling asleep in the 11:30/12:00am area and sleep through the night with minimal waking up. But i always wake up in the 6:00 am hour without fail and i don’t need to be up for work and don’t have an alarm in until 7:30. It’s incredibly irritating that I can’t get in that extra hour (sometimes hour and a half) of sleep no matter how hard i try and I’m always so tired in the mornings. Should I just accept the getting up early or is there a way of getting that extra hour back? I work in a car garage i don’t have a complicated morning routine that would take that long even with the maximum steps i’d really just rather sleep :/
