I am around little kids daily and since little kids are still building their immune systems, the ones I work with often have colds. I’ve been lucky to have not caught anything serious other than a bad cold before.
I also walk to my job daily and do a lot of walking in general. I’m always always in the bed before 12:30am and wake up at 8am every day of the work week (Monday-Friday) but I’ve been waking up looking and feeling exhausted so clearly the amount of rest I’m getting is just not enough. And it never really has been, but now that I walk around more it’s like I feel that more than ever.
