Anyone ever hear music when there is no music?
Post Body

This has happened to me twice this week. When I'm trying to go to sleep.

It has never happened before. No med changes. No drugs inckuding thc. No change to life. My life is high-stress I've never fallen asleep easily.

The first time it happened I thought it was music coming from my phone or a car outside. Until it followed me into the bathroom i realized its in my hesd. Then it was like I was listening to headphones eventually. I liked the songs so I just ended up kinda singing to them. I'm not talking when a song gets stuck in your head. I was literally looking looking from my bed where the sound was coming from at first.

First one was Iris by Goo Goo Dolls if anyone wanted to know. Can't remember the rest. I eventually fell asleep.

Tonight it's keeping me up. It's freaking loud. The first song seemed made up but i was still able to nust follow it?. But it gradually turned into Aleeady There by is it Lonestar? Haven't heard that song in ages. I do like it. Maybe it was just the verses I didn't recognize.

Like loud tinny headphones I can't turn off.

I'm not Googling this one. It's pleasant music so far. I went to Google it but the first thing that popped up was schizophrenia I'm in my 30s. I imagined that would have showed signs by now.

Plan on talking to my psychologist about it. But I'm thinking this is neurological.

Has anyone experienced this? It's only when trying to fall asleep so musical tmitits doesn't fit.
