how to fix sleep schedule. this is crippling me

I used to be very disciplined in my sleep, but now my routine is essentially sleeping 11-12pm to 1-2am, staying up until 5-6am, and then sleeping until 1-2pm. I donโt know why, but the sleep from ~6am to 2pm is borderline euphoric and I have vivid dreams from this time, and itโs making it really hard to stop this vicious cycle. it is really starting to mess with my days and schedule. if anyone knows anything I can do it would be greatly appreciated.
