how to fix sleep schedule. this is crippling me

I used to be very disciplined in my sleep, but now my routine is essentially sleeping 11-12pm to 1-2am, staying up until 5-6am, and then sleeping until 1-2pm. I donโ€™t know why, but the sleep from ~6am to 2pm is borderline euphoric and I have vivid dreams from this time, and itโ€™s making it really hard to stop this vicious cycle. it is really starting to mess with my days and schedule. if anyone knows anything I can do it would be greatly appreciated.
