Weird sleep pattern- asking for recommendations

The past week or so I’ve been stuck on this weird sleeping pattern: I can sleep around 7 hours one night but the next night is total insomnia, like I can’t sleep at all. It’s like my body thinks I only need to sleep every other day that it’s not a daily thing. Anyone ever experienced this? If so how did you fix it? Thanks for reading!
