Whoop 4.0
Anybody here uses Whoop?
I have been using it for a while and wanted to share my experience.
Being on the Whoop was a cool experience. It motivated me to stay active with its data tracking.
Here's my honest review:
Data:
The long-term data aggregation was impressive for tracking progression. Monthly reports were engaging. The mobile app was rich in data, but the web portal was lacking in UX, showing only a week at a time.
Connectivity:
Good connectivity, but needed Wi-Fi or cellular for data upload. Managed to sync even after days without service.
Integrations:
Integrates with apps like Strava, but posting all activities felt all-or-nothing. Annoyed followers with auto-posted images.
Durability:
Survived water and rock climbing. Battery had issues, had to replace it twice. Charging without removing the strap was a plus.
Data Integrity:
Resting heart rate frustrated me, calculated only during sleep. Lack of sleep spiked RHR. Separate daytime RHR calculation desired. Sleep suggestions were overly ambitious.
:hand: I've got a special referral link that can get you the WHOOP wrist strap for free along with a complimentary month of use. If you're interested, just drop me a message or reply here, and I'll be more than happy to share the referral link with you!
